If I tune into my chakras I’m aware of the currents whether strong or weak. I feel this current.
But for me it’s not necessary I have to feel that buzzing to move through life.
As an example if I focus on my heart chakra it’s buzzing strong and far outreaching, expanding and pulsating.I’m aware without needing to have it pulsating in my body at the forefront. It’s enough to not know or feel it but know that it is..
