SUFFERING:
I suspect we do not talk much about suffering but I think we should. If we are suffering too much, our body just might produce 'certain things' that reduce the pain. For example: our body might go into shock.
DEATH:
I suspect the closest we have come to experiencing death is what we experience when under anesthesia. No need for me to count any numbers backwards: I am gone.
Something else I used to do was rock a 4 leg chair back and forth and after a while, the chair would go all the way back. I never felt hitting the floor. I was gone before I got there.
To me, dying, might not be much different then living.
