Where I work we often have a pre work morning meeting we call a "Huddle" where management and staff share information.
There was one where I was there at the meeting but too I was in "Astral" and not seeming like I was there. Manager calls to me "Lynn Hello, are you with us?" Like I was not listening. So I repeated what she had just said and she goes you were staring out the door. I explained that I can be two places at the same time. I simply was pulled out to deal with something or someone in Spirit.
I honestly think she figured I was being rude ignoring her.....
