Thank you, you re-inspired me...I did it for 2 or 3 weeks and found it easy!
I stopped eating at 2 or 3 pm
easily after the first 3 days...breakfast at 6 or 7 am.
So the 16: 8 hr.
An 8 hr window eating is just fine!
If I had to eat at, say, 5 pm ---no big deal - breakfast at 9 am.
The intestines need a rest and the body is amazing ---when not digesting food it turns back on itself and ''self cleans''.
Yay!
