Both are equally important: it’s what our subconscious is vibrating we need to change (I subconsciously vibrate negative thoughts) so visualising and consciously focusing on what I want to correct the subconscious mind..
For one instance we all die- I have this belief installed but I’m negative because I know I can’t beat it- it’s inevitable??? But I could shape it???been Active to change that mindset???
