No. I don't want to brag, but it's true that only a few trainers are at my level. Most are OK for basics, but don't properly understand how the whole body works as a single moving dynamic. I hear them in the gym telling their client to do things wrong, they don't have a systematic progression, they don't know how to organise training cycles properly, hardly anyone understands feet, and they aren't keeping up with research... but there are a few peers I look up to who are really outstanding. If you join a gym, observe the trainers, and you'll notice the one that stands out. A gym would usually have 1 or 2 outstanding trainers, and a handful of substandard ones, so don't rush in. Just watch what's going on and over time you'll notice one that stands out. That's the one to hire.
