Do you play any musical instruments?
How many of our forum members play any musical instrument(s). It doesn't mean to play it professionally, you may know to play a few songs only.

I learned to play keyboard/piano when I was a kid. I also know to play drums. Later I learned to play some guitar and harmonica too.
When I was a kid, laying down on my bed with closed eyes, and the electric keyboard next to me, playing on it with one hand, improvising my own music, was one of the best methods to relax/meditate/recharge-my-batteries or how ever you want to call it.
