Another comment: I think it's hard to forgive someone when you take it personally.
It's very easy NOT to take things personally when you really can see how messed up the person is ...
and usually projecting their unresolved childhood wounds on YOU!

Why do we act out and lay stuff on anyone that's in our way that day?
Cuz it's the mind's way to push a garbage bag out the door ...it
mistakenly thinks, unconsciously ---it is unloading pain.

Wrong.
Look at the person in pain...realize he needs to be talking to his mom...usually. Don't take it personally.

Then, read the book, "Primal Scream'', Dr. Janov.
He explains the reason for all wars between nations!
We all have the same child issues!
Punch a guy at a bar; a President punches a Prime Minister.
It's all sandbox issues.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru
