FYI: 'mindful' is a word with baggage. It has specific meaning and connotation especially in Taoist practice. From reading your post, I do not think you intended this association??
If not, I suggest re-titling this topic to emphasize 'playful and easy meditation group' or 'dreamlike meditation group'.
