When my kids were younger the youngest was coming home with head lice every week. I asked the pharmacist and he told me they same treatment doesn't always work in the same areas.
its best to ask which one he would recommend I did and it got rid of them.
but then they go back to school and they come home with them again. I went to the school to complain because other parents were not doing their child's hair.so it was going round and round it was only when I said I was getting the education authority in they acted.
one thing I used were smother the hair in conditioner them use the comb through it .it gets a lot out. tee tree oil is another put some I a spray bottle and give it a quick go before school.
