Sometimes the "concrete" works. Hard for some of us to remember with our heads in the clouds.
That being said, I did have a very positive experience with a healing APP of all things!?!?! I saw really good reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try and it did make the minor issue I was dealing with "go away". Power of prayer and group healing just stepped up a notch in my book.
I also now get a daily reminder when the group healing is being offered and try to participate (sending healing, as I too am a Reiki healer). Good reminder every day to stop and breathe and help others.
