hello and good morning

Every morning I wake up, I have set my intentions for the day before rising out of my bed. I wanted to share how I make my days meaningful and worthwhile.

Imagine for a moment if you could fill your days activities or experience with anything, what would that be?
What would it look like? What happens?
Is it for your highest good? Is it for the highest good of someone else? Does whatever the day brings make you happy, content,
and bring a little smile too? If so this is what you can fill your day with.
The day before you begin, write it down on or make a mental list of the qualities of a perfect day. Then memorize the keywords.

As you wake up, dont do anything. Just simply observe with your eyes still shut, or with your eyes barely open. Now, start remembering
those keywords from your exercise you did yesterday (the one above) just start beinging the key points into your thoughts in words.
Next, do it again but this time, speak to yourself in your head and say " today is going to be "key point word here" and smile. Do it again for the next key point.

After this part just start expanding in imagination as to "why" the day could go this way. What would need to happen?

By doing this you are setting an intention. You are placing ideas, thoughts, and vibrations into your day ahead.
