Choose what gives you joy. Follow the path of your heart. Do what 'rocks your world' and 'blows your mind.' Do what FEELS GREAT.
My view is that both NA and TA are valid.
Take whichever path feels great to you, personally. The truth is everyone already does that. We do as we please.
