I would say toots that once you have tasted what you are only then will you know If you are a true reflection of that . If you still have that same taste In one’s mouth whilst cleaning the toilet (lol) then you know you are being yourself .
What I realized was that I was In minimal expression of that for many reasons . Mainly because there Is so much to let go of within an ordinary mind state In order to allow that expression through .
I have for sure let go of much and yet attained much . I would like to say I have let go of energies that do not serve me and attained energies / qualities that do . Difficult to explain . On a lower /basic scale It would be like letting go of Impatience and acquiring tolerance .
