I don't know if you are being punished, and if you are...I would put my best bet that it is you unconsciously doing this. However, I wonder if you have some nervous system issues from your heart disease that were doormat, or stem from depression, or just in general. I'm just going to throw out my opinion, however revelant or not. I'm not a doctor.
I do think there is a correleation between ones physical body and their spirit/and or soul.
If you are suffering from depression, worry, nervousness, etc....it could very well overstimulate, and even cause nerve tension and nerve pain. I notice quite often that I get nerve pain....and it causes me to have muscle pain too. Sometimes it's so extreme, that I try to lay in the bathtub, or take pain killers. Sometimes I just cry...it gets that bad.
I only know of one other person, who has similiar issues as mine....and she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
I do think there is a link between the heart and nervous system. They are directly related and affect each other. That doesn't mean that your heart is directly responsible for your problems....it could be that your nervous system is being affected more so...which would also cause muscle pain since your nerves run right along side your muscular system.
I notice mine gets worse when it's real humid, right before it rains. I can often tell when, if, and how bad a storm is going to be by the pain I experience before it actually gets here. I also germracing thoughts at this time.
While I'm not sure if your experiencing the exact same thing, or similiar....it could be on a much more higher scale. I would address any depression, anxiety, worry with a professional. From there I would assess any nervous system issues....your doctor can get you set up with a neurologist. Just to see what they have to say.
Each doctor specializes in different parts of the body....so a Pulmonary Cardiologist wouldn't catch a nervous system issue. An I wouldn't stop looking for help, because doctors can make you believe it's in your head, or think their job is done...because you didn't press the issue with them. Unfortunantly, most patients don't know better...and so they don't.
I'm getting the feeling it's your nervous system you need to get checked out...and how it's affecting your muscular system....which might lead back to some of your hearts condition...or your heart disease when you were younger, might have caused some other issues that were not caught and doormat at that time.
My advice would is to go back to your doctor, and then ask for a referral out to see a Neurological Specialist. Let them know everything you have told us....a neurologist would know better what to check(than a cardiologist) with what you are describing here. Especially if your heart disease is in check, and their not seeing anything wrong there.
Some things you can do to help your mind heal your pain for the moment is...take epsom salt baths, meditation, pray, light inscence, put on some headphones, go to YouTube or your fav. Music channel and listen to uplifting music, prayers, mediations. Your job, and only job at this time is to seek out a professional....but is to bring your vibrational frequency up...your job is to focus positively to happy, healing, healthy thoughts.
Because everything starts with the mind and thoughts. Everything.
Pay attention to the weather....is it humid, raining a lot, etc? The pain usually subsides after it rains, and is worst right before. Pay close attention to when the pain is the worst. Get a referral from your doctor if he or she can't address it. Don't let it go....press them until they find out what is causing this pain.
I can relate to what you feel, for me....it's the worst kind of pain. I've broken bones, and not had that kind of pain. Nervous system pain....is the worst! It feels like somebody close to you has just died....it's the kind of pain the engulfs you when you are grieving heavily....except their is no reason for it. Heavy depression, stress, worry, anxiety also might be at the root of this. So make sure you see your regular doctor first to address those issues....then ask for a referral out to see a specialist.
Good luck and God bless.
