I was giving my partner a back rub when in the middle of it, I started to feel sad. The only thing I could do was move away to catch myself. I walked into the living room and sat on the couch.

I'm not sure what happened. I do not recall it happening prior to my first attunement. Any ideas? (As far as I know, reiki doesn't activate itself. So???)
