You have to be in a similar vortex of the vortex they are in for the law of attraction to work(meaning it goes both ways). The way it sounds like you are doing it, you are trying to force one into your life. You probably are bringing women near you, but you gotta be able to take the next steps. Respect their law of attraction as well.
