This is Great, very consistent with my experiences and language.
Focus, Intention, Increased vibration and frequency to the level of the channel being sought and a Theta wave brain state equals contact!
I've also learned its possible to rise your frequency Above things which are frequency protect in order to get in, like orbiting spaceships.
Nicola Tesla once said something like "If you want to understand the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. "
And I believe it is so based on current experience.
