I love this thread! I just started going to yoga classes 2 or 3 times a week earlier this month. today I was in my monday morning "gentle yoga" class and I noticed that my confidence and comfort have really increased, and that I was really enjoying some poses in particular, and generally noticing that it was having a really positive effect on me. I'm starting to understand why yoga is so "trendy" right now and why people rave about it so much. I'm really happy I started doing it!
