EMERGENCY
Hi
I got an emergency with the third eye chakra.
I woke up 3am this morning and my vision right back of my head i was seeing from way back and i could not sleep.This morning the pressure in my head made me very nervous and this afternoon it got worse.
I was just doing a guided meditation for 3 days now and it seems to work on your third eye chakra i did not know that.Its a hemisync wave 2 on youtube.
I have this intense pressure in my head by the temples and front and back of my head and top jaw and it feels like my head wants to explode.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP GET RID OF THIS PRESSURE
