It will help you to recognize what you are, which is not what you think it is currently. And it will teach you HOW to study your own mind to see what it is, where it has unhelpful programming and how to change that programming into something more useful.
It works very well as a spring board into awakening of Consciousness.... which is a major vibrational shift.
