Hi Om Love,I did the mini twin heart meditation yest morning and even though Im not too well myself, I found when I was at the doctors I had this unconditional compassion for all the people I saw, and could see there raw humaness ,it was like judgement had fallen away for awhile and I felt love for everybody.Thankyou,Love Deepsoul
