Individually, one may not recognize evidence. But, together they are all compelling.

"Here", we are the evolved entity; Evolved in, "illusory", space/time.
And, solid matter is founded and made up of "Frequencies, Vibrations, and Resonance". Involving energy, and, "Light".

Self experience is the only proof.

Science is subjective involving experimentation. Experiments cause change and change observed is not evidence.
