Bach Flower Remedies for Schizophrenia

I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia when I was about 20. However in my opinion I'm not really suffering from a bio-chemical imbalance in the brain, but rather this is the condition of my spiritual state at the moment.

In other words I'm in a bit of a spiritual mess at the moment.

I find I can control my symptoms and my state of health and being by spiritual practices and discipline.

I don't mind having Schizophrenia as such because I'm learning so much and eventually I feel I will be able to overcome it.

However here are 5 Bach Flower remedies that *really* help me control my schizophrenic symptoms.

Bach Flower Remedies work on the subliminal plane - the spiritual plane - and they heal the problems there. What could be better for someone like me?

The Bach Remedies that work for me are:

Chestnut Bud
Aspen
Cerato
Heather
Chicory

In my experience these remedies go to the heart of what causes Schizophrenia, and heals it.

So if you are suffering from mental problems and you want to prescribe yourself some Bach Remedies then consider these ones.

They are not obvious choices; but then again the Bach remedies are never really that obvious anyway.

Hi Honza, wow, you and I do have something in common, schizophrenia, are you on anti-psychotics also ?.

Hi there. Yes I'm taking Depixol and Amisulpride.

A medium to low dose, but I do need them. Without them I seem to melt away.

Bach Flower remedies are a subtle yet profound modality that administers healing at the soul level, which is where dis-ease takes root before manifesting in the physical. They are excellent.

You might find this interesting. I'm allergic to alcohol. Even small amounts make me physically ill, and almost instantaneously! BUT... I can utilize Bach Flower Remedies (which have a small amount of alcohol in them that then becomes even more diluted when you mix it with water to ingest) with no ill effects. I agree that Rescue Remedy is a life-saver (literally!), and in fact I carry it with me in my purse, because you never know when you might come upon someone in crisis or the scene of an accident where, if nothing else, just rubbing a drop or two of this on the person's lip might prevent them from going into shock. I have also discovered Rescue Remedy Pastilles, which are a mild tasting sort of gumdrop form of the remedy with NO alcohol! It can be given to children, animals and people with alcohol allergies, such as myself. In an extremely stressful situation when I feel myself sliding towards anxiety and even panic attacks, I will sit there and suck on them one after another till I've ingested the entire tin, and they always calm me down.

In addition to Rescue Remedy, the other Bach Flower Remedies are amazing. If you are dealing with a situational thing, the proper remedy will assist you to the healing of your soul that promotes the correct response to the situation, be that situation, anger, shyness, grief, depression, sadness, ridgidity... what-have-you. Even more helpful is if you can determine your "type" remedy (or have a good Bach Flower practitioner do so for you) you can take that remedy consistently to bring out the positive qualities inherent in that personality/character and transmute the negative inTO positive!

Good stuff, Bach Flower Remedies. The man was truly inspired and attuned to spirit
