Curious, what is eft?

bluelove... EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. This is an amazingly effective method for changing negative emotional patterns and sometimes relieving physical issues like pain and illness.
The method consists of looking into an issue or difficult memory just closely enough to bring it up, then tapping or touching specific acupressure points along with healing phrases. EFT is demonstrated in many YouTube videos, but I feel it's best to study one of many books available now. I cannot recommend it enough for people, especially spritual people who struggle with issues. It is one of few techniques that, when properly done, eliminates issues forever. Not just this life, but all your future ones. |
I just wanted to thank you, Xan for introducing EFT - I had no idea how well what I initially thought was a crazy-sounding method would work for me. It's pretty amazing.
