The girl who died
 

I had one of the most surreal experiences that I had in years, it felt like a message to me but I have absolutely no idea.

A girl came to, someone I did not know, and she kept telling me about her death, in fact, she even showed me where she died and how it all happened, and then she continued to show me what happened after her death, that her father committed suicide in a very gruesome way. Then when she showed me who was her father, I was left speechless, it was one of my cousins, and then things started to make no sense, my cousin lives, he has a daughter from a previous marriage and she is doing just fine and she does not look at all with this girl that came to me, then I realized, this must be some past experience, and in that moment I realized that what I was seeing looks like a very long time ago in the past, in that very moment I was back to this world.

I am putting this here because this is the third experience where "ghosts" come to me looking for help, for each one of them had the same energy feel.

And I go back to my words, this has no use to me, absolutely no use, I have no idea what to do with it, it comes, goes and I forget about it.

Why so Defensive the way you say the end like as if you are waiting for someone to Discount what you have said

If it is from far back it could be from a past life, you need to find out who is giving these messages to you, ie A guide or who go into meditation and ask
that way you would be more able to give a message that Resonates with A person today

@Native spirit It's getting harder to deal with this for it's taking a toll on my own energy, this was just one experience, there were a bunch more, one after another. Such mediumship experiences are so surreal and touchable that they stay with you for quite some time.

I really tried that and it seems to only answer comes in the form of my grandma which appears in my experiences from time to time. For example, in my second experience I met her, face to face, I kept telling her that she died, and then she tried giving me a message and I could not hear her like I became deaf. It's like that, last time I only heard half of her message, and before this same thing, I only heard half of the message.

She was talking and right before to finish her phrase the experience would end but now I did not hear her at all.

Fascinating - so you got the definite impression she did not know she had passed to the Other Side?
Have you read up on Mediumship at all? I sure would if this started happening to me.

Sure, I did, watched tons of documentaries, movies, and I do not connect with any of them, I only found one person whom I connected when it comes to the style of "connecting and getting information", basically how it happens, that person was @lomax but he is not around these forums anymore.

@ ThatMan: I’d say, examine why you feel energy drain in any spiritual experience. Simple thumb rule ~ Expansion is good, contraction, bad.

I would advise you to go to a spiritualist church they could teach you how to control what you are getting,
if there are no spiritualist churches near you look in your local paper they advertise groups sometimes,

By not controlling what you are given it will get Exhausted because it uses up your Energy

so i hope, you aren't one of those people, who wants to make life 'efficient' and have the experiences you want to have and only the experiences you want to have and nothing else?

I would 'save' these experiences. As you continue to have them, they might start to make sense. As for me, I would not dismiss them.

One fairly frequent task with souls who remain in the ether is that they need to be helped to the other side. That soul may have located you because there is a link of sorts, and because you have the ability to notice and react to her. Trauma related to death is a typical reason for souls not finding their way; they feel that something is unresolved, or have forgotten that they have somewhere to go.
