Out of the body experience while dreaming?
 

I have suffered at least 3 involuntary astral projections before which I find specially disgusting. The 2 notable facts are that I saw my body from the outside and I thought I was dead. I also saw my spiritual form.

But this experience was somehow different.

My house has a front door and a back door. I always use the back door because it is the quickest access.

A couple of days ago I was sleeping. In a dream I saw myself in first person walking out the back door and going to the front door.

My vision was totally distorted during the walk, like if I was underwater with my eyes open.

When I got to the front door, I saw a yellow post-it note taped to the door with something handwritten on the paper. I read a phone number.

I woke up the next morning. I didn't remember the dream until later that day.

I opened the front door from the inside and there it was. A yellow post-it with exactly the same handwriting that I saw in my dream.

My question is what kind of experience is this one. I don't remember being kicked out of my body like on previous astral projections. A precognitive dream usually is not so detailed.

I think you got help on this one from your guides. That they chose astral was just because it was a form you was familiar with. Your guides needed you really badly to read that note and may have feared you would not notice it in time if they didn't step in since you don't use that door much. But it's just my guess and I have no idea of telling how important that note actually was.
