Quick Tips for Keeping Positive Mindset During Difficult Times
 
  • taking time each day to express gratitude for the blessings and positive aspects of my life.
  • continue to visualise my desired outcome, even when facing challenges it is an escape able to tap into some positive emotions.
  • using positive affirmations to reframe negative thoughts.
  • Using meditation to quiet my mind, reduce stress, and stay centered
  • View setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning.
  • Trust the process and remain patient, knowing that my desired outcome is making its way to me.
  • Avoiding becoming overly attached to a specific outcome. Trust that the universe will deliver what's best for me.
  • Acknowledge and celebrate even the smallest progress you make toward your goal.

Thank you so much, good tips.

Getting out into nature helps me a lot but it is not always possible so its good to draw upon a number of tips for when you cant get out.

How I Stay Positive Towards Achieving My Goals
  • I make lists or charts to see how I'm doing with my goals.
  • When I do well, I treat myself to something nice.
  • I often think about the good things happening in my journey.
  • I talk to people who did what I want to do and learn from them.
  • I spend time with others who have similar goals. We help each other out.
  • I put up quotes and pictures that make me feel good around my space.
  • I keep trying new things that are related to what I want to achieve.
  • I make a board with pictures and words that show my dreams. I look at it every day.
  • I write in my notebook about what's going on and what I achieve. It helps me see how far I've come.
  • I remind myself why my goals matter to me. It keeps me going strong.
