make sure that everything your doing is in the name of love

OLIVE OIL ~ has positive properties

especially if you’re experiencing physical attacks

take a dab of olive oil on your finger ~ make the sign of a cross on your forehead ~ wrists ~ ankles ~ above the naval ~ and along the small of your back

this prevents the entity from harming you in any physical way

to prevent the entity from attacking you physically
