does opening the third eye make it easier to raise kundalini?
 

reason I'm asking because I been raising kundalini and noticed it does. anyone else?

I would agree that it does, a chakra is a wheel of energy. But from my understanding aspects of opening your third eye also pose risks if we don't begin with grounding ourselves. Not trying to spread fear mindset at all. I'm just hoping you are doing lower chakra work as well :)
