Do you have specific meditations that you follow?

For cord cutting I go to my garden where my spirit animals live, I go into my crystal cave with AA Raphael and Michael and for my head clearing I go to a Mayan temple. There I am met by my Native American chief and my Zulu warrior

Any others I find just happen

There are many places .

One that stands out has a very Japanese / Zen feel . Which coincides with a samuri life time I once experienced .

It's either In a wooden cabin that Is on wooden stilts that sits on a lake or It's on a very small Island with a single tree kinda of like a bonsai style . ..

You travel to where you have always been.. you simply become aware of another aspect of your Wholeness, another place, another time, another perspective.. often, these non-local awarenesses are recurring due to energetic coherence and resonance.. i find that me awareness seems to favor the 'space between' this and that, now and then, etc.. non-specific, but sort-of everywhere, it's difficult to articulate..
