Bird People
 

Does anyone here have lovebirds, or any species of parrot? I have four lovebirds and absolutely adore them. They are such playful little creatures, and their feathers are the colors of jewels. I was never really a "bird person" until I got into these. Now I think that my guiding spirit animal must be a bird of some kind. I even dream of flight!

Any other "bird people" here? :cool:

I rehab wild birds for local vets and those that can't be released are licenced and stay here with me for their life time.

There not Love birds though they are mostly Corvids so extremly intelligent and keep me on my toes in a good way as well as laughing.

I have a small flock of peafowl. They like to watch people and if I can, I collect the tail feathers.

I breed poultry and until fairly recently bred budgies as well. We also keep a couple of seed bells in the yard for feeding wild Australian parrots.
