Tao Dream
 

Yesterday I prayed to have the willingness to be willing to believe in Tao.

Last night I had a beautiful dream of living in the mountain region of Tenn. and learning to work with nature in healing, and all manner of living from a naked Taoist woman. She used herbs and knew all about plants. She was totally comfortable with herself and the earth. She lived simply and close to nature. She understood the world. She could make stones float on water for some sort of use that I didn't know yet. She became pregnant and had an older female 'teacher' guide her through it. It was natural.

She had a man and there were delightful other men in the dream...they were simple also and close to nature-isolated from the modern world. They lived in small tents made from plants...they walked to go anywhere. I saw mountain lions and deer. I heard animals speak. It was a beautiful way of life.

I know it exists but as a Mother and wife in a fast world, big city, and busy job it seems very far away from me. I am exhilarated that life could be that way; and all at once saddened that we have grown so far from a beautiful existence. But now I know it is real. The woman in the dream did not have to understand life...she just was life.

That sounds like an awesome, beautiful dream. I know this is a late reply but what kind of effect has your dream had on you after these few months? Peace...

I recommend that people start living as much as they can like this in the big city. It will be important when the system shocks to the economy become very severe. Taoism and systems are very related.

A dream like this could be an inspiration.
