The symptoms seem accurate except it all started as a sensation of a energy in the upper back moving down. I don't really care what this phenomenon is called but I've been intrigued by the similarities of what I've come to read about it in relation to my own experiences (not only this particular instance). Can someone with intentional practice and experience give me some thoughts on this?
