Hands and Chakras
 

Hi all! Does anyone know of any valid sources on the relation of the chakras to our hands? A lot of my experiences with my energy are in my hands, usually in the palms. Although this morning the middle finger of my right hand was tingling. I struggled to find an answer as to which chakra it relates to, if at all! Thanks! :biggrin:

Mine get hot when I'm around deeply troubled people. physically or mentally sometimes both. And when i say hot i mean hotter than normal as they are always hot.
This happens to me as my focus this life is being a healer.

ktm19, as humans, we do have chakras in our hands (palms). That is where the energy comes from if you are familiar with the work of energy healers.
