It knocks at the front door..
 

Hi everyone,
So my mother tells me that lately something knocks at the front door .
Now in the past I had warned her that if she hears knocking and there's no one on the other side of the door not to open the door so she doesn't let any spirits in . As a result she doesn't open the door .

But at least once a month whenever I'm not home for whatever reason there's knocking at the door we don't know why or who it might be. Also when they knock and mom doesn't answer we think it goes around and looks into the house from the really giant patio windows because our dog keeps on looking at something like it's looking at something move around, we are on the second floor .

We don't know if it's grandma who passed away eight months ago .. I smudge the house regularly / but I do allow positive happy good spirits to stay.

Any thoughts of what's going on here ?

Eight months ago? That's about the same time we starting getting knocks at the door from my late husband ...
The only difference is our dog would appeal to us w/her wagging tail, spinning around & yipping to let Daddy in ...
Dogs do have a sixth sense that allows them to detect spirits ...
If your dog did not know grandma, maybe his/her calmness is in recognizing the spirit has a loving connection to you & your mother ...

Wow! My dog never met my grandma.. So he doesnt know her line that.

Still be very careful. Spirit has the ability to block us and animals. They can seem neutral, loving or out right demonic. Thinking they are a loving presence by feel alone you may get more than you bargained for. A pure out right pest.

A while back I was getting a knock on the front door but I could sense with my head that it is a spirit and I did not know the person. It happened after I spent the day reading on death and the afterlife. I did not open the door or ask who it was I just kept quiet until the knocking stopped.
