A good thing you are not using it on yourself. Not being 100% in that respect may lead to spontaneous combustion. Please keep your camera rolling when you practice, just in case. |

My favorite chi kung course was taught to me via Glenn Morris student Tao Semko. I love it more than any other form i've come across. Also, the chi kung course that made me the most sensitive to chi was Jeff Primack's system. I think "KAP" as I learned from Tao is the best for energeizing chakras IMO.
