Why would we ever want a golden age?!

If the physical plane is some sort of spiritual test or school, why would we ever wish for a golden age? Wouldn't it defeat the entire purpose this realm was established for ?

Edit for clarity: Why do so many spiritual agendas focus on a literal "golden age" of material abundance, peace, equality etc. for all? Why would the eternal, infinite formless bother to incarnate into a lower vibrational plane such as ours that lacked the challenges of our current existence? What would we gain from incarnating into a physical plane that appeared to be superficially perfect?

1. I am not into any sort of wishful thinking or wishful thinking itself. Having said this, I really do not know who the "we" exactly represents.

2. Certain people can and do experience their own golden age right here, right now, at this age, time and planet earth without having to wait for any time or age in the future to come.

In other words, it is just a personal matter for each individual to experience irrelevant to time and age, and their golden age and years.

So it appears your understanding is the same as mine. We all incarnated here to develop our own internal "golden age" in spite of all the challenges we see around us. It depends on which religion you follow,or your own thought's.Apparently its a school where we experience different emotions and learn different things ie Knowledge,wisdom,love etc so that our soul will raise it's vibration and eventually merge with the divine.(to cut a long story short).Different people have different beliefs.:smile:

Way too many questions for just 1 person, my person to answer when your own person does not answer the simple question who exactly is "we" , "we", "we", "we", "we".

Are you having several personalities or just 1 or are you just way too keen to be and fit in a group of people and maybe on your expense?. Something to reflect upon.

Yes, that's true what I believe in regards to a "golden age"; same understanding as yours, up to each individual to make it happen then, experience this.

Why do all mentioned by you, without being clarified who exactly these are, focus on something external such as "material abundance" -from here you can understand how "spiritual" they and extend of this "spirituality.

Your physical plane which is obviously "superficially perfect" is your reality, what you may have created, if not created, adopted and accepted as such and in which you obviously live in.

Just because your physical plane or realm is "superficially perfect" that, this goes for everyone else and that this is how it is for all.

Maybe you have been incarnated to learn, among others, this and this is one of the lessons to be learned by you in this life.
