Root/sacral nightmares
 

I’ve been clearing out my root and sacral chakra. Regrounding and doing intense meditations on myself. And the last couple of nights I’ve had really bad nightmares. Through healing and such I’ve noticed that ‘friends’ and family members never treated me well. Which caused he to trust and befriend bad people. Could these hurts and fears be coming out in the form of dreams and night terrors?

It sounds very likely. Even though you've come to realise that you have been treated poorly, I would work on forgiveness so that this doesn't weigh you down.
Writing down:
1. who did this
2. what did they make you feel? (Pride, finances, security etc)
3. What was your part in it. This can be small such as you didn't walk away when you should have or you should have been more compassionate.

I noticed a lot of it pertains to my throat chakra abd fear of standing up. An example would be when my aunt said racist stuff towards me. Instead of standing up I didn’t say anything.

That's really interesting. I would be careful in that it's a lot of emotional weight to be hanging on to. This could be your brain's way of trying to let go of it.
