I feel weird in an energetic way, feel like crying

So I had LOADS of anxiety yesterday before my nurses meeting mainly because I did not want to look at my boss' face.
So today I bought the Doreen Virtue chakra clearing book with CD and just about 1/2 ago did the meditation with the cd.
I feel very weird right now, like something is crawling under my skin. Is it me trying to release the energy in regards to my boss which I did with the CD meditation I cut the chord with her and I. Could it just be that most of my chakras were very out of balance and now they're more balanced and this nervous energy is still around me?
How do I get rid of this nervous energy.

I feel like crying just like sobbing and I don't know why. My boss is grating on my nerves big time and I don't know why so maybe the chord cutting is still leaving my energy field.

Does anyone have any clue what's going on?

I have no idea what cord cutting is or really means...i think that you have soooo much rage built up against your boss that ~ hey and now you've done something proactive to help yourself in the situation with your boss and work, you've come to the brink where you know you CAN scream, cry and rage out about her, expressing (cutting cord?) every last drop of anger towards her abusive and ill-treatment against you and other co-workers...?

The sensation you feel is energy movement courtesy of your meditation. If you want to cry then do it! You may feel release.

Thankyou guys and yeah I think it's energy movement but right now I feel much better like it got out of me.
