Snake in my neck

I dreamed I returned to a student club I left in real life because I felt I didn't fit in and thought they didn't like me. While entering the building I met two girls, one of which I remember from the club in real life, we entered and sat down at a discussion table. The girl I recognized tapped me on the back and told me she loved me and that the people that hated me and threw beer at me (never actually happened) left the club and it's okay for me to go back. She also mentioned there was a snake in my neck. (like a tattoo or something)

Is this dream telling me I should go back sometime? I was planning to go there soon either way because of an event. I think the snake part is about my kundalini right?

That's not it.
Alcohol doesn't even have anything to do with this dream, it's about me getting persecuted symbolized by people throwing stuff at me.
And even then that line was just a passing remark, the girl and rhe snake are much more important.

I suspect the dream did come about in response to your contemplating going to the event. The dream does seem to indicate that things may be ok if you went. Females in dreams are generally symbolic for the emotional side. It seems as though a few bad apples at the club were negative towards you but not everyone hated you. There were some who did care about you. The ones who seemed to not like you were just off loading their own toxic self destructive energy on you so they could feel better themselves (throwing beer on you). But you are stronger now in seeing different perspectives (neck) because you draw your power from the serpent. It's most important to know that nothing anyone does or says to us is personal but I suspect you have built up enough personal power to stand strong against any detractors. Just do know that just because one or a few act badly doesn't mean everyone dislikes us So go and have fun.

Alcohol can makes things seem like something they're not and that is why she said they threw alcohol on you. They were not literally drunk, but not able to see things clearly, sort of to say that they're not awake to life. The snake on your neck can represent Kundalini energy or wisdom, but in this case I suspect it represents your stance, your posture and your position. The neck supports the head. Yes, you should go back.
