Can I do a Chakra cleanse on my 5 year old?

I've never heard of doing chakra cleansings at certain ages =)

I just mean is he to young to do one... i dont want to mess with any thing I shouldn't is all.

The chakras are still growing until the age of 15 . Yes He is too young x

Good to know!! Thanks you Topaz! I did one on my 9 year old... Will this effect her? I only ever did it once and I for sure wont do it again.

Basically, unless you feel specifically drawn to do so, I'd leave chakras well alone, especially those of children, who cann't give informed permission (even if it is done with good intent by parents). :smile:
