i did not know about this so am sharing for anyone else this might help... there is a minor chakra behind the ear that can access past lives & help release the karma issues. :hug3:
the author says the best crystals are: "Blue Fluorite, Amazonite, Amber, and Angelite" . lay on your back, place 3 around your head, 2 behind the ears. clean the crystals afterwards.
