I had bruises on my thighs that just disappeared after a week. I still have a lot of bruises and if i touch my skin i turn red.

Old wounds. Ask higher dimensional helpers for this. It has to do with relatives, karma and past lives. Check out your organs and around of them.
New frequency always needs a finer body.
