Loving Anna Lee
A poem in remembrance of my dearly departed guardian
who will continue to bring me sunshine in life forevermore - My first breathes were in her arms, her last were in mine And now my everyday is marked by a tender loving sign. To think I’ve gained so many loves that she had had preceding, For the mountains she’d been born in, A love for cooking, writing, singing, And though it pains me now to say, a love for one another. Because, and though this may sound strange from me, I’ve always loved her like a mother. |
Bless her Soul sandalwood.
And your poem for her is beautiful. The bond of love is never broken. Love is the bridge between all differences. Even differences of dimension! |
