Is there a link here available to upload a pic/photo from your laptop?

Hello, recently I wanted to upload a pic/photo here in a reply to a thread. I clicked where it said "image" but it is only for a link for an image online. I wanted to upload a picture that I have on my laptop and unfortunately there is no link provided in order to do so. Help?? Thank you.
