what to do during turbulent hours?
Most of the time my mood is calm and composed but once in a long while, i get upset. I get into some fight or heated argument with someone. Usually my mood is very stoic but during this turbulent hour, my emotions are all over the place. I try to mantain my composure but it only returns after a few hours or more. I would like to do something spiritual during these turbulent hours. Something like a breathing practice or imagining something etc. I can just take long breaths but i want something more effective. Any advice would be appreciated.
