Heartfulness meditation

Does anyone know about heartfulness meditation. I have been practicing it for 2 weeks

Maybe there are different names for one and the same thing. Best you define/describe what you call 'heartfulness meditation'.

yes, could you please describe what this is?

Lately, I have been trying to focus my attention on my heart during resting and walking meditations, and sending energy there... it feels really good. But then again, my heart chakra has been feeling very atrophied for a while, so maybe that's why it feels so good in my case.

But I don't know if that's what you are referring to.
