Had my first Reconnective Healing session
 

Yesterday, I had my first Reconnective Healing session... well, I'd had ones at distance before, but this one was an in-person session. Interesting experience!

If you've had one, please post here. :smile: I'd like a bit of discussion.

I recall I had three such sessions done sometime in the past. Can't remember what they were supposed to do for me, though. Still am the same bitter, anxious, angry, depressed self, in spite of having been through a number of other healing modalities and sessions over the years.

Anyhow, my sessions were done distantly. I remember seeing a blurred vision in the corner of my eyes of my practitioner's hands during one of the sessions, so that was kind of interesting, though.

Hi, I happened to be reading what you wrote about being depressed and that still after having treatments. Well I have found out in my life that sometimes we are living or working in Noxious Energies that cause that, Worse if you are also feeling worn out, tired all the time. The Energies come up from under the ground and can be caused by underground streams or the earth splitting and a few other things. Sorry for going on another path but I hate to see people suffering and it is worse if you don't know what is causing it. Having been through it I know how bad it can get, however I was lucky the 2nd time as someone told me what was doing it and I managed to clear it. The last time it happened I couldn't and had to seek help to clear it. I can tell you more if you want to know about it. Blessings, Clarrie

Thanks for responding. You say you are "the same bitter, anxious, angry, depressed self, in spite of having been through" Reconnective Healing sessions (and other healing modalities). The attributes you mention are pretty much on the emotional side of things. I'm curious as to whether you noticed any relief from physical problems as a result of your Reconnective sessions?

Hm. Can't recall I had any physical ailments to start off with. Although, I've been physically fatigued for a couple of years now, which unfolded about a year after my sessions, following two years of a mental fatigue. Not that I by any means would claim the physical fatigue to be a result from the healing.

The sessions were sort of initiated as an unexpected gift, after having a conversation with the practitioner about metaphysical / emotional ailments, so I take it she intended to relieve me from that perspective.

I thought I'd update this thread, and maybe then see (by any reply) whether anyone else here has sampled Reconnective healing.

I've now had three in-person Reconnective healing sessions. I feel they are definitely opening up my life... getting it unstuck in certain areas where it's been stuck for a long time. And I must mention that this is the case even though I have pursued many years of daily meditation practice, and have been a Reiki practitioner myself for over 10 years.

The results have been on the levels of inner feelings ("emotions" being almost the correct word), thoughts and mental states, and a deeper sense of metaphysical connection.

So far, any results on the physical level have seemed pretty negligible, and I still have a few nagging (tho not dire) physical issues.

For me, the in-person RH sessions have seemed to have more effective results than the distant ones I earlier got. I've heard this isn't the case for a lot of people... I dunno. I'm planning to get another in-person session soon.
