Sleep paralysis
My lucid dreaming is often accompanied by sleep paralysis. I will be in a very realistic dream. Then I will go to turn on the light and it won't come on. Then I know I am dreaming and I can tell I have sleep paralysis. Usually, since it happens so often, I will try to "go back to sleep" until it stops or start flapping my arms and fly around. I think to myself that I am dreaming so I can do whatever I want. The only thing I can think to do is fly. Well once I thought to try putting my hand through a wall and it worked.

the environment you "awaken" to is always your immediate vicinity?
i wonder if you have some 'greater awareness' identity somewhere nearby, and if you might learn some stuff through contact. |

Once I had lucid dream I was breaking this framed deity picture. I guess that is my greater awarness identity. Yet I think everyone that sleeps and dreams has sleep paralysis |
